The FAGOR B-G9101 90-series Kore series gas grill is a full-module cooking unit designed to adapt to the intense working pace of professional kitchens. The countertop structure of the device is manufactured from 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel to increase durability.

The double-sided iron grills on the grilling surface offer cooking options suitable for different food types. While one side has an inclined and fine-lined ribbed structure for meat cooking operations, the other side has a flat and horizontal surface for delicate products such as fish and vegetables.
