• 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel body structure.
• Special cast grill surface that can be used on both sides.
• Ribbed and sloped surface design for meat cooking operations.
• Horizontal and flat surface option for fish and vegetable cooking.
• Possibility of steam cooking by adding water to the oil collection compartments.
• Homogeneous heat distribution thanks to gas burners.
• 16.2 kW total heating power capacity.
• Modular compatibility with 800x730x290 mm external dimensions.

One of the most remarkable features of the device is that it can be used by pouring water into the oil collection compartments. The heat coming from the burners causes this water to evaporate, creating a moist cooking environment on the grill. This method allows especially delicate products to be cooked without drying out and helps maintain flavor quality.

Cleaning and maintenance processes are quite practical thanks to the smooth structure of the stainless steel surfaces. Double-sided grill plates allow for quick transitions between different food types, providing flexibility in kitchen operations. With regular cleaning, the life of the device can be extended, and high performance is supported with every use.
