The Öztiryakiler 700 series countertop stove is a cooking unit with a 22 mm thick cast iron cooking surface designed for heavy use in professional kitchens. The high-efficiency cast burner located in the center of the device distributes heat homogeneously to the surface, creating different temperature zones and allowing users to apply various cooking techniques at the same time.

The temperature, which reaches 500°C in the center of the cooking surface, gradually drops to 200°C towards the edges. This structure allows you to perform fast boiling processes in the center while managing cooking processes requiring lower heat on the outer parts. The device is equipped with safety-fitted gas valves and a thermocouple system to meet safety standards.
