The Atalay 700 Series semi-ribbed plate grill is a countertop cooking piece of equipment designed to optimize meat and vegetable cooking processes in professional kitchens. Its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate offer high performance and long-term durability even under intensive use. Its ergonomic design provides the user with ease of movement during kitchen operations.
The device features a grease collection drawer that allows for easy drainage of oils thanks to the inclined structure of the cooking surface. Two independently controllable gas valves allow for different products to be cooked at different temperatures simultaneously, increasing kitchen efficiency. The pilot ignition and thermocouple safety system automatically cuts off the gas flow if the flame goes out, creating a safe working environment.
This grill model is an ideal solution for businesses requiring fast service, such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens. The special burner design, which provides even heat distribution, contributes to flavor consistency by standardizing cooking quality.
Cleaning the device is quite practical thanks to the stainless steel surfaces and the easily removable grease drainage drawer. Regular maintenance and cleaning keep the equipment hygienic while also helping it serve with its first-day performance for many years.
