The Atalay 700 Series semi-ribbed griddle is a countertop cooking appliance designed to keep up with the intense pace of professional kitchens. Its stainless steel body and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate help maintain high performance and hygiene standards even during long-term use.
This griddle model is particularly suitable for controlled cooking of meat, vegetables, and other food products in establishments such as restaurants and cafes. Its ergonomic design provides ease of use for kitchen staff, while the sloped surface directs accumulated grease to the collection drawer, making the cleaning process practical.
The device's LPG and natural gas options allow it to adapt to different kitchen infrastructures. The thermocouple control system prioritizes safety by cutting off gas flow if the flame is extinguished. Regular maintenance and periodic cleaning of the grease drawer extend the device's lifespan and support consistent cooking quality.
