Atalay 700 Series Ribbed Countertop Gas Griddle 40x70 Cm

The Atalay 700 Series ribbed griddle is a cooking appliance suitable for countertop use, designed to adapt to the intense working pace of professional kitchens. It offers high performance even during long-term use with its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate. Its ergonomic design facilitates operational processes within the kitchen, providing users with a comfortable workspace.

Thanks to the sloped structure of the cooking surface, the device allows grease to be drained easily and speeds up the cleaning process with its integrated grease drawer. The pilot and thermocouple safety system creates a safe usage environment by automatically cutting off gas flow if the flame goes out. The lifespan of the device is extended by protecting the ignition mechanism from heat thanks to the use of a portable lighter.

• Hygienic structure with stainless steel body and sheet metal construction.
• 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel ribbed plate.
• LPG and Natural Gas operation options.
• Specially designed burner system providing even heat distribution.
• Practical cleaning opportunity with grease collection drawer.
• Automatic gas cut-off safety with pilot and thermocouple.
• Safe ignition with a portable lighter unaffected by heat.

This griddle model is ideal for grilling meat and vegetable products, especially in restaurant, cafe, and hotel kitchens. The ribbed surface structure increases presentation quality by leaving characteristic grill marks on the products. Thanks to its compact countertop structure, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters.

The maintenance of the device is quite simple with regular cleaning of the stainless surfaces and the grease collection drawer. While the durable material selection minimizes deformation even during intensive use, the user-friendly control mechanism helps establish precise control over the cooking temperature.
