Its ergonomic design offers the user a practical workspace for kitchen operations.

• Hygienic use with stainless steel body and sheet metal construction.
• Heat-resistant 15 mm thick ST52 steel ribbed cooking surface.
• Flexibility to suit business needs with LPG and Natural Gas options.
• Specially designed burner system providing even heat distribution.
• Easy cleaning and waste management with an oil drain drawer.
• Pilot ignition and safety valve that cuts off gas if the flame goes out.
• Ignition mechanism unaffected by heat thanks to the use of a portable lighter.

This griddle model is preferred especially in restaurant, cafe, and hotel kitchens for preparing grilled products quickly and in accordance with standards. The inclined plate structure allows oils generated during cooking to flow into the drain drawer without accumulating, which both improves product quality and speeds up the cleaning process.

Maintenance and cleaning of the device are quite practical thanks to its stainless steel surfaces and easily accessible oil drawer. While safety equipment minimizes risks that may occur in the kitchen, the high heat-resistant plate structure exhibits performance suitable for continuous use. Its countertop design provides space efficiency by easily integrating into existing kitchen counters.
