The Atalay 700 Series flat plate griddle is a countertop cooking solution designed for heavy-duty use in professional kitchens. It offers long-term and reliable performance with its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate. Its ergonomic design facilitates operational processes in the kitchen, while providing flexibility in the cooking area thanks to two independently controlled gas valves.
The device is equipped with a special burner system that ensures the cooking surface heats up evenly. The inclined plate structure helps direct oils formed during cooking to the oil drain drawer, making the cleaning process practical. The safety system with pilot and thermocouple automatically cuts off the gas flow in case the flame goes out, creating a safe working environment. By using a portable lighter, the ignition mechanism is protected from high heat, extending the life of the device.
This griddle model is ideal for businesses requiring fast service such as restaurants, hotel kitchens, and cafeterias. Thanks to its countertop structure, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters and saves space. The hygienic structure of the stainless steel surfaces speeds up daily cleaning and maintenance operations, reducing the workload of kitchen staff.
The choice of durable materials and user-oriented safety equipment supports the device to work with high efficiency even in harsh kitchen conditions. Produced in accordance with professional kitchen standards, this griddle provides the heat stability required for controlled cooking of meat, vegetables, and other food products.
