DRN Gas Range with Base Shelf 4 Burners 200X100

The DRN range with base shelf is a four-burner cooking unit designed to adapt to the intensive working pace of professional kitchens. While it maintains its durability during long-term use thanks to its stainless steel body structure, it offers a workspace suitable for hygienic standards. The shelf area at the bottom allows for the organized storage of kitchen utensils, providing space savings.

• Long-lasting use with stainless steel body structure.
• Flexibility to work with natural gas and LPG.
• Automatic gas cut-off safety system that activates in case of flame failure.
• Fast and efficient cooking performance with high-calorie burners.
• Durable cast iron grates with 400x400 mm dimensions.
• Opportunity to prepare different dishes simultaneously with four independent cooking burners.
• Practical storage area with the shelf located at the bottom.

This range is preferred as the main cooking equipment in the kitchens of high-capacity businesses such as restaurants, hotels, and canteens. Its high-calorie burners provide speed to users in serial productions made with large pots and pans. Cast iron grates support cooking quality by ensuring equal heat distribution and show resistance against the weight of heavy kitchen utensils.

The cleaning and maintenance of the device are quite practical thanks to its stainless steel surface. While wiping the surface during daily kitchen cleaning is sufficient, the cast iron grates can be easily removed and cleaned. The automatic gas cut-off feature prioritizes kitchen safety, preventing potential risks. The base shelf provides the equipment accessibility required for chefs who want to maintain kitchen order.
