The Pirge Carbon Steel Zırh is a kitchen tool designed for finely chopping and blending meat, vegetables, and spices using traditional methods in the kitchen. With the help of this zırh, you can mince your ingredients ideally to prepare delicious meatballs and kebabs. At the same time, it helps you prepare various types of ezme salads practically using fresh spices and herbs.
Due to the nature of the carbon steel material, this product is not stainless. Therefore, for long-lasting and trouble-free use of the zırh, it must be washed after every use, dried completely, and stored by oiling. If the necessary maintenance steps are not applied, rusting will occur on the surface of the product.
