The top plate of the device is produced from 2 mm thick monoblock stainless steel using the press-molding method. Rounded corners facilitate cleaning operations while supporting hygiene standards. The oven section provides a large cooking area with GN 2/1 tray capacity and allows for flexible use at 3 different shelf levels.
