The Öztiryakiler 700 Series grill is a countertop solution designed to meet high-performance cooking needs in professional kitchens. Thanks to its structure that provides homogeneous heat distribution, it allows every point of products such as meat and vegetables to be cooked equally.
The device offers a durable structure with a 15 mm thick satin-finished steel cooking surface. Waste oil generated during cooking is transferred to a 1.5-liter capacity container located at the front of the device through a wide drain hole, which makes the cleaning process quite practical.
This grill model provides efficient use, especially in busy restaurant and hotel kitchens. The stainless steel splash guard helps keep the workspace clean by preventing oil from splashing onto the sides and back, and increases user safety.
Maintenance of the device is quite simple thanks to the easily removable oil container and dishwasher-safe parts. While thermostatic valves optimize gas consumption and balance operating costs, they allow for the preparation of various menus with different cooking surface options.
