The Öztiryakiler 700 series lava stone grill is a countertop solution designed to meet high-performance cooking needs in professional kitchens. Operating on gas, this device ensures consistent cooking quality by providing homogeneous heat distribution through its stainless steel micro-perforated burners. It is a reliable assistant for grilling meat and vegetables, especially in fast-paced restaurant and cafe kitchens.
The design of the device focuses on increasing operational efficiency for users. The special V-shaped grill structure directs waste oils generated during cooking to the front drainage channel. This system helps maintain kitchen hygiene, while the waste oil collection tray located under the device makes the cleaning process quite practical. Additionally, the removable cooking surface is dishwasher safe.
To ensure ease of use in businesses, the cooking surface height of the device is adjustable. This feature allows for different product groups to be cooked at the desired level. The two separate gas valves found in double models provide flexibility by allowing two separate temperature controls in different zones of the cooking surface.
Safety equipment, including gas valves with safety devices and a thermocouple, keeps kitchen safety at a high level by ensuring constant flame monitoring. While the pilot flame system allows the device to be activated quickly and effortlessly, the robust body structure offers durability for long-term use. Designed in accordance with regular maintenance and cleaning procedures, this grill offers the practicality and performance that professional kitchens need.
