The Pirge Carbon Steel Zırh is a tool developed for professional and traditional chopping tasks in the kitchen. Using this zırh, you can finely mince red meats, various vegetables, and fresh herbs, and blend the materials together to prepare delicious kebab mixtures, meatballs, or chopped salads. It is an ideal assistant for chopping fresh greens without crushing them and mixing them while keeping the juices of the materials inside.
Since it is not stainless due to its carbon steel structure, cleaning rules must be followed to protect the product's service life. After every use, the zırh must be washed by hand, dried immediately without leaving it wet, and then stored by lightly oiling it. If these maintenance steps are not applied, rusting will occur on the surface of the product.
