Atalay 600 Series Semi-Ribbed Electric Countertop Griddle 80x60 Cm

The Atalay 600 Series semi-ribbed griddle is a countertop cooking appliance designed for heavy use in professional kitchens. While offering durability during long-term use thanks to its stainless steel body construction, it supports the operational processes of businesses with its surface structure that helps maintain hygiene standards.

The device allows oils to be drained easily thanks to the inclined design of the cooking surface, and these oils accumulate in a practical, removable drawer-style grease collection tray. Two separate thermostat systems that can be controlled independently provide flexibility in the kitchen by allowing different products to be cooked at different temperatures simultaneously.

• Stainless steel body and sheet metal construction
• Independent dual thermostat control
• Oil drainage system with inclined cooking surface
• Movable drawer-style grease collection tray
• Special heating element design providing even heat distribution

This griddle model is an ideal solution for businesses requiring fast service, such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens. Preferred especially for cooking meat, vegetables, and other grilled products, this device can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters thanks to its countertop structure.

Cleaning the device is quite practical thanks to its stainless steel surfaces and easily removable grease drawer. Regular maintenance and cleaning support the efficient operation of the heating elements, extending the device's lifespan and helping to achieve the same cooking quality with every use.
