The Atalay 700 Series semi-ribbed plate grill is a countertop cooking solution designed to adapt to the intense work tempo of professional kitchens. Thanks to its stainless steel body structure and durable sheet metal construction, it maintains hygiene standards even during long-term use and facilitates cleaning processes.
The device is equipped with a special resistance system that ensures even heat distribution at every point of the grill surface. Its ergonomic design increases the working comfort of kitchen staff, while thanks to the inclined plate structure, oils generated during cooking are collected in the integrated oil drain drawer, helping to keep the workspace clean.
This grill model is ideal for cooking meat, vegetables, and other food products in businesses requiring fast service such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens. Its semi-ribbed surface provides a visual presentation advantage by leaving grill marks on products, while the flat surface part can be used for more delicate cooking processes.
The maintenance of the device is quite practical thanks to the easy-to-clean structure of the stainless surfaces. Emptying the oil drawer after daily use and wiping the surface with suitable cleaners is sufficient to protect the device's performance and lifespan. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters.
