The Atalay 700 series grill is a cooking equipment suitable for countertop use, designed to adapt to the busy working pace of professional kitchens. It offers high performance even in long-term use with its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate. The semi-ribbed surface design accelerates kitchen operations by combining the cooking techniques needed by different food types in a single device.
The device is equipped with a pilot and thermocouple control system that prioritizes user safety. The safety mechanism, which automatically cuts off the gas flow in case the flame goes out, ensures a safe working environment. The inclined plate structure helps the oils that emerge during cooking to be easily directed to the oil drain drawer, which makes the cleaning process practical.
This grill model is an ideal solution for businesses with serial cooking needs such as restaurants, hotel kitchens, and cafes. Thanks to the independent gas valves, it is possible to save energy by using only a part of the device during non-busy hours. Its ergonomic design allows personnel to move more efficiently in the workspace.
Maintenance of the device is quite effortless thanks to the easily wipeable structure of the stainless surfaces and the removable oil drawer. Regular cleaning helps maintain hygiene standards while extending the life of the device. Offered with LPG or natural gas options, this model provides installation convenience in accordance with your business's existing infrastructure.
