The Atalay 700 series semi-ribbed chrome plate griddle is a countertop cooking solution designed to adapt to the intense working pace of professional kitchens. Its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate offer high performance even during long-term use. Meeting hygiene standards easily thanks to its chrome-plated surface, the device allows for the fast and efficient preparation of grilled products in businesses such as restaurants and cafes.
The ergonomic design of the device aims to provide maximum comfort and efficiency for kitchen staff in the workspace. The special inclination of the cooking surface ensures that oils are directed to the drainage drawer without accumulating, which both improves cooking quality and speeds up the cleaning process. Positioning the burners to distribute heat evenly across the plate surface helps every point of the products to be cooked to the same degree.
Quite practical in terms of maintenance and cleaning, this griddle fully complies with daily hygiene routines thanks to its stainless surfaces. Its countertop structure allows it to be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters, while its gas-powered operating principle provides uninterrupted service without being affected by power outages. It can be safely preferred for grilling various products such as meat, chicken, and vegetables in professional kitchens.
