The Atalay 700 Series ribbed chrome griddle is a countertop cooking solution designed to adapt to the intensive working pace of professional kitchens. It offers high performance even during long-term use with its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate. Its ergonomic design supports kitchen staff in achieving maximum efficiency in the workspace, while the chrome-plated surface creates a hygienic cooking environment.
The device allows for balanced cooking of food at every point thanks to a special burner system that provides equal heat distribution. The inclined plate structure, combined with an integrated oil drawer that allows for easy drainage of oils produced during cooking, makes the cleaning process practical. The safety system with pilot and thermocouple automatically cuts off the gas flow in case the flame goes out, creating a safe usage environment.
This griddle model is ideal for grilling products such as meat, chicken, and vegetables, especially in restaurant, cafe, and hotel kitchens. Thanks to its countertop structure, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters and saves space with its compact dimensions. It has been developed for businesses that want to get fast and reliable results in daily operations.
Maintenance of the device is quite easy with regular cleaning of the stainless surfaces and the oil drainage system. The chrome-plated surface minimizes the sticking of food residues, shortening the cleaning time. Produced in accordance with professional kitchen standards, this equipment has a structure that meets both performance and safety expectations.
