The Atalay 700 Series flat chrome plate griddle is a countertop cooking solution designed to adapt to the intense working pace of professional kitchens. It offers high performance even during long-term use with its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it provides the user with ease of movement in the kitchen, while creating a hygienic cooking area thanks to its chrome surface.
The device is equipped with two independently controllable gas valves, which allows different products to be cooked at different temperatures at the same time. The inclined cooking surface makes the cleaning process practical by allowing the oils formed during cooking to flow easily into the special oil drain drawer. The safety system with pilot and thermocouple keeps kitchen safety at the highest level by automatically cutting off the gas flow in case the flame goes out.
This griddle model is ideal for businesses requiring fast service such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens. Thanks to its countertop structure, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters and saves space with its compact dimensions. The special burner design, which provides equal heat distribution on the cooking surface, helps every point of products such as meat and vegetables to be cooked with the same quality.
The maintenance of the device is quite simple thanks to its stainless sheet construction and easily accessible oil drain reservoir. Daily cleaning operations can be completed in a short time due to the structure of the smooth chrome surface. Regular cleaning and maintenance contribute to extending the life of the device while also providing a working environment that complies with food safety standards.
