The Atalay 730 series semi-ribbed plate griddle is a countertop cooking appliance designed to adapt to the intense working pace of professional kitchens. The stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick ST52 steel cooking surface help the device maintain its durability even during long-term use. While it offers ease of use to kitchen staff thanks to its ergonomic design, it creates a working environment suitable for food safety standards with its hygienic structure.
The device provides homogeneous heat distribution at every point of the cooking surface thanks to its independently controllable burner system. Three different thermostat controls increase operational efficiency by allowing different products to be cooked at different temperatures at the same time. The flexibility to work with both LPG and natural gas allows for easy integration according to the infrastructure needs of businesses.
This griddle model is suitable for cooking grilled meat, vegetables, and other products in high-capacity businesses such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens. Its countertop structure allows it to be easily placed on existing kitchen counters, providing space savings.
The outer surface of the device, produced from stainless steel, helps daily cleaning processes to be completed quickly and practically. Regular maintenance and cleaning support the device in maintaining its performance and being used efficiently for many years.
