The Atalay 600 series flat plate grill is a cooking equipment designed for countertop use, suitable for the intense work tempo of professional kitchens. Thanks to its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick ST52 steel cooking surface, it maintains its durability even during long-term use. Its ergonomic design increases efficiency in the kitchen staff's workspace, while its hygienic structure facilitates cleaning processes.
The device provides a homogeneous heat distribution at every point of the cooking surface with its independently controllable burner system. Dual thermostat control allows for precise adjustment of the temperature levels required by different products. Offering the flexibility to work with both LPG and natural gas, this grill has been developed to meet the grill needs of businesses such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens.
This grill model is preferred especially in businesses where products such as meat, chicken, and vegetables need to be cooked quickly and evenly. Thanks to independent burners, it is possible to save energy by using only a part of the grill during off-peak hours. The device's robust structure shows resistance to harsh working conditions encountered in high-volume kitchens.
Daily maintenance and cleaning operations are quite practical thanks to the structure of the stainless steel surface. Regular cleaning of the surface after cooking extends the life of the device while maintaining its compliance with food safety standards. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters and offers flexible placement within the business.
