Atalay 600 Series Ribbed Chrome Plate Griddle Countertop Electric 60x60 Cm

Designed for the needs of professional kitchens, this countertop griddle offers a solution suitable for long-term use with its stainless steel body structure. While the ribbed cooking surface increases presentation quality by leaving characteristic grill marks on food, it retains heat efficiently thanks to the 12 mm thick ST52 steel plate.

The device provides homogeneous heat distribution at every point of the cooking surface thanks to the special resistance system inside. This feature helps to achieve a standard result in kitchen operations by allowing different foods to be cooked at the same time and to an equal degree. Its ergonomic design offers the user a practical usage area during intense working paces.
