The Atalay 700 series griddle is a cooking solution designed to adapt to the intense pace of professional kitchens and is suitable for countertop use. The stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant steel cooking plate offer high performance and durability even during long-term use. Thanks to its chrome-plated surface, it easily meets hygiene standards and speeds up cleaning processes.
The device is equipped with a special burner system that provides equal heat distribution at every point of the cooking surface. The inclined plate design directs oils generated during cooking efficiently to the oil drain drawer, helping to keep the workspace clean. The pilot and thermocouple safety system creates a safe kitchen environment by automatically cutting off the gas flow in situations such as flame extinction.
This griddle model is ideal for businesses requiring fast service such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters and increases business efficiency. The non-stick feature offered by the chrome surface provides practicality in cooking different products such as meat, chicken, and vegetables.
Maintenance of the device is quite simple thanks to the structure of the smooth chrome surface. Daily cleaning routines, regular emptying of the oil drain drawer, and wiping the surface with appropriate equipment can extend the life of the device. The ergonomic control panel allows users to precisely manage the cooking temperature, supporting consistent results with every use.
