The Atalay 700 Series flat chrome plate griddle is a countertop cooking appliance designed to adapt to the intense pace of professional kitchens. It offers high performance even during long-term use with its stainless steel body structure and 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate. The chrome surface coating reduces food sticking during cooking, facilitates the cleaning process, and helps maintain hygiene standards.
The device is equipped with a pilot and thermocouple control system that prioritizes user safety. The safety mechanism, which automatically cuts off the gas flow if the flame goes out, increases kitchen safety. The inclined plate design directs oils generated during cooking to a special oil drain drawer, helping to keep the workspace clean. Thanks to its ergonomic structure, it offers a practical user experience in restaurant, cafe, and hotel kitchens.
This griddle model is ideal for businesses where products such as meat, chicken, and vegetables need to be cooked with even heat distribution. The burner design standardizes cooking quality by ensuring homogeneous heat distribution at every point of the plate surface. Thanks to its compact countertop structure, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters.
Daily maintenance and cleaning operations are completed quite quickly thanks to the structure of the chrome surface and the removable oil drain drawer. Regular cleaning extends the life of the device while also helping to preserve the flavor of the cooked food. Designed to increase efficiency in professional kitchens, this equipment offers long-term solutions for the cooking needs of businesses with its durable structure.
