The Atalay 700 Series ribbed chrome plate grill is a countertop cooking solution designed to optimize meat and vegetable cooking processes in professional kitchens. The stainless steel body structure and the 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel cooking plate ensure the device maintains its form even under heavy use. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it offers the user ease of movement in kitchen operations, while creating an efficient workspace in narrow areas with its compact dimensions.
Thanks to the inclined structure of the cooking surface, the device allows oils formed to be easily drained and speeds up the cleaning process with its integrated oil drawer. Featuring a pilot and thermocouple safety system, this grill provides a safe working environment by automatically cutting off the gas flow in case the flame goes out. The burner design supports the homogeneous distribution of heat to the plate surface, standardizing cooking quality.
This grill model is suitable for fast and controlled preparation of grilled products, especially in restaurant, cafe, and hotel kitchens. The ribbed surface structure ensures the formation of desired grill marks on meat products, while it does not experience performance loss in serial cooking operations thanks to its high heat resistance.
Cleaning the device is quite easy thanks to its stainless surface structure and practical oil drain system. Designed in accordance with daily maintenance routines, this equipment is a long-lasting investment tool for businesses that want to maintain hygiene standards. User-friendly control mechanisms allow staff to learn the device in a short time and use it safely.
