• Durable structure with stainless steel body and sheet metal construction.
• 15 mm thick heat-resistant ST52 steel ribbed plate.
• Compatibility with business infrastructure with LPG and Natural Gas options.
• Specially designed burner system providing even heat distribution.
• Practical cleaning and hygiene management with an oil drain drawer.
• Automatic gas cut-off feature with pilot and thermocouple safety system.
• Two different gas taps that can be controlled independently.

This griddle model is preferred especially in restaurant, cafe, and hotel kitchens for the controlled cooking of meat and vegetable products. The slightly inclined structure of the plate allows oils generated during cooking to be easily drained, creating a healthier and cleaner cooking environment. Thanks to independent gas taps, it is possible to save energy by using only one part of the device during non-busy hours.

Maintenance of the device is quite practical thanks to the easily cleanable structure of the stainless surfaces. The oil drain drawer allows for quick emptying of accumulated waste. The thermocouple system, which is among the safety equipment, keeps kitchen safety at the highest level by automatically cutting off the gas flow if the flame goes out. The use of a portable lighter prevents the ignition mechanism from being affected by high heat, extending the device's lifespan.
