The Atalay 900 Series flat plate grill is a cooking appliance designed to adapt to the intense working pace of professional kitchens, offering storage space with its cabinet structure. The stainless steel body structure supports the long-term use of the device while also helping to maintain hygienic standards.
The device's 12 mm thick ST52 steel cooking plate is supported by a special burner system that ensures heat is distributed evenly across the surface. The sloped plate design makes the cleaning process practical by ensuring that oils formed during cooking are collected in the drainage drawer. This model, which offers a comfortable workspace to the user thanks to its ergonomic design, can be preferred with LPG or natural gas options according to the needs of businesses.
This grill model is ideal for meat, chicken, and vegetable cooking processes in high-capacity businesses such as restaurant, cafe, and hotel kitchens. The cabinet area located at the bottom allows kitchen utensils to be stored in an organized manner, increasing efficiency in the workspace.
Maintenance of the device is quite simple thanks to the easy-to-wipe structure of the stainless surfaces and the removable oil drawer. With regular cleaning and correct gas connection, it can be used for many years without experiencing performance loss. The use of a portable lighter ensures the ignition mechanism is protected from high heat, extending the device's lifespan.
