This machine, which can be easily accessed through its color touch screen, controls the brewing temperature in each group with high accuracy and speed thanks to its low thermal inertia. The patented water infusion preheating system ensures that the temperature is fully monitored directly on the group.

The machine is equipped with patented thermal insulation material flanges that support the distribution groups and the boiler to increase energy efficiency and reduce consumption. It also produces quality hot water for tea by taking water directly from the main water source and limits limescale formation thanks to its innovative thermal management.
