The FAGOR C-I925 induction stove has a durable body structure produced from 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel. The cooking area of the device is protected by a 6 mm thick glass vitro-ceramic surface and is hermetically sealed to the countertop. Thanks to smart sensor technology, it detects the presence of the cooking vessel instantly and starts working, and stops the heating process automatically when the vessel is removed from the surface.
