Thanks to this special coating, surface hardness increases by 3 to 4 HRC. The ergonomic plastic handle design, suitable for both left and right-hand use, includes a special hand guard barrier for safe operation.
During the use of the sharpening steel, the cutting edge of the knife should be held at an angle of 15 to 20 degrees and pulled from the base to the tip without applying pressure. Thanks to its magnetic structure, it collects the steel dust generated during the process, preventing scratches on the knife surface. To maintain the cutting precision and resistance to dulling of the knives, it is recommended to clean the fine burrs formed after sharpening and to keep the product away from substances such as salt water that may cause corrosion.
