The Kalitegaz 700 series water grill is a high-performance cooking appliance designed for cooking meat and vegetable products in professional kitchens. Thanks to its water-based system, waste oils formed during cooking are transferred directly to the water-filled tray, which significantly reduces smoke and odor formation in the kitchen, providing a cleaner working environment.
The device is supported by equipment that prioritizes user safety. Safety valves on the gas taps, a thermocouple, and a pilot ignition assembly offer a safe operating process. Ignition can be performed quickly and practically thanks to the piezo ignition system. The large 80x70 cm cooking area provides high efficiency in busy kitchen operations.
This grill model is an ideal choice for establishments working at a busy pace, especially restaurant and hotel kitchens. The practical cleaning advantage provided by the water system lightens the workload of the staff during busy service hours and accelerates maintenance processes.
The robust structure and safe gas system of the device offer a reliable cooking experience during long-term use. Thanks to its standard 700 series dimensions, it can be easily integrated into existing kitchen counters and positioned in harmony with other modular equipment.
