The La Cimbali M23 UP DT/3 is a fully automatic espresso coffee machine designed for high-traffic areas, which is easy to use and maintain. Offering both an ergonomic and robust structure with its durable stainless steel body, this model incorporates the E61 group technology accepted in the global coffee industry. Thanks to the Thermosyphon system and the low-pressure mechanical pre-infusion feature applied for two seconds before brewing at each group head, it ensures a consistent aroma is obtained from coffee beans.
