Macap POGO C83 Dynamometric Tamper, 57.5 mm

The Macap POGO C83 dynamometric tamper is designed to ensure a standard compression quality in the espresso preparation process. This equipment, which allows professional baristas to apply consistent pressure to the coffee bed, helps the coffee extraction to be balanced by compressing at the same level every time.

Thanks to its dynamometric structure, the user can keep the force applied to the coffee under control. Its 57.5 mm diameter aluminum base works in full harmony with compatible portafilter baskets, ensuring that the coffee powder is placed evenly. This structure is preferred to minimize the margin of error in businesses with a busy working pace.

• Pressure value: 14 kg
• Tamper diameter: 57.5 mm
• Body material: Aluminum
• Net dimensions: 66x66x142 mm

This equipment is used to accelerate the workflow, especially in cafes and coffee shops where espresso machines are used heavily. Its dynamometric mechanism ensures that the operator always works with the same pressure, independent of physical fatigue, creating continuity in coffee quality.

In terms of maintenance and cleaning, wiping the aluminum surface regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Its robust structure helps it maintain its precision even during long-term use. Its ergonomic design allows baristas to work practically during busy service hours that last all day.
