The Pirge carbon steel mezzaluna is a kitchen tool specifically designed for finely chopping and blending meats, vegetables, and various spices in professional kitchens and home use. Thanks to this functional product, delicious meatball and kebab mixtures can be prepared using traditional methods, and fresh spices and greens can be chopped to easily make mashed salads.
The carbon steel material used in the manufacturing of the product does not have stainless properties due to its structure. Therefore, for long-lasting and healthy use of the mezzaluna, it must be washed after every use, dried completely, and stored by oiling it with a thin layer. Users must keep in mind that rusting may occur on the steel surface if the necessary cleaning and maintenance steps are not applied.
