Produced from a single piece of high-carbon German stainless steel, the knives have reached optimum hardness by applying ice heat treatment.

• The blades of the knives have a steel hardness of 56 HRC and offer long-lasting sharpness.
• The handles are made of POM plastic material reinforced with aluminum rivets and provide an ergonomic grip.
• The robust tang part of the steel can be seen from the outside at the back of the handle.
• The cutting edges have been carefully sharpened twice and polished, thus having the feature of being easily resharpened.
