S7 Pro Coffee Roaster “STRONGHOLD”

The S7 Pro smart coffee roaster is an advanced industrial piece of equipment that ensures precise and controlled roasting of coffee beans. The device offers the ability to track ROR and DTR indicators via its 10.1-inch touchscreen. The roasting process can be monitored in real-time with four different heat indicators: internal temperature, blowing temperature, bean temperature, and exhaust temperature.

• Features three different heating systems: hot air blowing, top roasting with halogen lamp, and bottom roasting with heating elements.
• Hot air blowing and halogen lamp systems can be adjusted in 20 increments from 0 to 20.
• Features a profile mode offering four different roasting options: light, medium, medium dark, and dark, depending on the coffee processing method.
• Equipped with an automatic cooling system that cools the coffee three times faster thanks to special vacuum technology.
• Includes three special filter systems: parchment, vacuum, and air filters.
• Covers for feeding beans into the chamber and into the cooling unit open automatically.
• Updates can be performed via Wi-Fi connection, and roasting profiles can be shared over a common network.
• Features a five-layer vertical special roasting chamber that prevents heat loss and rotating chamber technology that adjusts the rotation speed of the beans.

This machine, which can save roasting processes to memory for later repetition, has an automatic preheating system determined for each coffee region. With its structure that minimizes heat loss by turning the beans using ship propeller technology, it provides high control and efficiency in professional coffee roasting processes.
