Sammic FCO-3 + Wavy Slicing Disc 3 mm

The Sammic FCO-3+ Wavy Slicing Disc is a piece of equipment designed to accelerate vegetable preparation processes in professional kitchens. It allows for the slicing of various vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beets, and cabbage into 3 mm thick wavy slices.

This disc is particularly preferred for preparing salads, garnishes, and vegetable platters that require aesthetic presentation. Unlike standard straight cuts, its wavy structure adds a different texture to the prepared products, enhancing presentation quality.
