The Seamac GPY70 Special Series Semi-Grooved Steel Griddle is a 70 cm wide gas cooking unit designed to adapt to the busy work pace of professional kitchens. Thanks to its stainless steel main body structure, it maintains its durability during long-term use while offering a workspace suitable for hygiene standards. The special Seamac plate located on the top optimizes the cooking process by ensuring that heat is distributed evenly to the surface.
While the device provides energy savings with its fast heating feature, it offers a safe user experience with its high-pressure resistant gas valves. The piezo pilot ignition system and manual ignition window allow the device to be easily put into operation. The oil drawer located at the bottom makes the cleaning process practical by ensuring that the oils accumulated during cooking are easily discharged.
This griddle model is an ideal solution for businesses with constant cooking needs such as restaurants, cafes, and hotel kitchens. The semi-grooved surface design allows different products such as meat and vegetables to be cooked by getting grill marks, while the large cooking area makes it easy to prepare many portions at the same time.
Maintenance of the device is quite simple thanks to the easily cleanable structure of the stainless steel surfaces and the removable oil drawer. With daily cleaning routines, the life of the device can be extended and its first-day performance can be maintained with every use. Thanks to its compact dimensions, this model, which is suitable for countertop use, increases operational efficiency by saving space on kitchen counters.
