The Bargoin Nova sharpening steel is a sharpening tool designed to maintain the sharpness of knives in professional kitchens. Produced from high-carbon steel alloyed with chromium, manganese, and silicon, this product offers ergonomic use for professionals who use both their right and left hands.

When using the sharpening steel, the cutting edge of the knife should be held at an angle between 15° and 20° and pulled from the base to the tip without applying pressure. The sharpening process performed at the correct angle protects the cutting clarity and resistance to dulling of the knife.
