This plunger cutter set, which speeds up cake, cupcake, and cookie decoration processes in professional and home kitchens, ensures the attainment of detailed and clear figures needed when working with fondant. Thanks to its uppercase letter design, it offers a practical solution for writing on pastry products or adding personalized messages.
During use, rolling out the fondant on a flat surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm helps achieve the best result. Holding the cutter by the outer disc part and moving it slightly left and right after pressing it into the dough ensures the cutting lines are more distinct. The plunger mechanism on the top allows you to easily separate the cut letters from the surface and move on to the decoration stage.
The cleaning and maintenance process is quite simple; washing with warm water after each use and leaving it to dry is sufficient. Thanks to its small dimensions, it occupies little space in kitchen drawers and can be accessed quickly when needed. Having a wide range of use from professional bakeries to home kitchens, this set saves time in decoration tasks.
