The Fischer sharpening steel is a kitchen tool designed to maintain the sharpness of knives in professional and home kitchens. Produced from special high-carbon steel alloyed with chrome, manganese, and silicon, this product is coated with an 8 to 10-micron thick hard chrome layer that provides high protection against corrosion.
