Thanks to its modular structure, this device, which can be expanded up to three decks according to your business's capacity requirements, offers a flexible usage area. It supports cooking quality by efficiently retaining heat with its Italian-made oven stones and 90 mm thick insulation.

The digital timer and precise temperature control panel allow cooking processes to be managed in a standard way. The ability to independently control the front, rear, bottom, and top heating elements ensures that the heat balance required for different product groups can be easily adjusted. Additionally, the turbo mode responds to fast cooking needs by operating all heating elements at the highest level.
