Designed to adapt to the intense working pace of professional kitchens, this electric pizza oven offers a capacity to bake 6 pizzas with a diameter of 300 mm simultaneously, thanks to its 1000 mm wide fixed cooking area. With its refractory baking stone, it helps the bottom of the products bake to the ideal consistency by ensuring even heat distribution on the surface.

The device is managed via a user-friendly interface on a 7-inch color touchscreen control panel. The ability to adjust bottom and top heating values independently allows for the creation of precise baking processes according to different dough types. The foldable top section design provides flexibility in operational processes.
