This special coating and hard chromium layer provide high wear resistance, ensuring that knives are sharpened effectively.

• Ergonomic plastic handle design suitable for both right and left-hand use
• Wide hand and finger guard barrier providing safe use
• Wear-resistant hard chromium layer applied on hard chromium-vanadium steel

During the use of the sharpening steel, the cutting edge of the knife should be held at an angle between 15° and 20° and pulled from the base to the tip without applying pressure. Care should be taken not to overheat the knife during sharpening, and the fine burrs formed at the end of the process should be cleaned. For long-term use of the knives, contact with substances that may cause corrosion, such as salt water, for a long time should be avoided.
