It provides energy efficiency by retaining heat for a long time thanks to its Italian-made oven stones and 90 mm thick insulation.

The device is equipped with a digital timer and independently controllable heating element systems for precise cooking processes. The ability to adjust front, rear, bottom, and top heating elements separately allows for the easy creation of cooking profiles required by different product groups. Additionally, the turbo mode, which operates all heating elements at the maximum level, supports getting quick results during busy working hours.
