ATALAY Salamander Gas 4 Radiant ASM-4G

The Atalay Salamander is a device designed for professional kitchens that operates on the principle of top-down heating, offering high performance especially for grilling and browning tasks. Thanks to its four radiant systems, it provides homogeneous heat distribution, allowing food to be cooked to the desired level.

The elevator mechanism of the device allows you to precisely adjust the distance between the food being cooked and the heat source. The movable tray at the bottom facilitates the easy serving of finished products, while water can be added to the tray to help keep the food moist.

• Four high-efficiency radiant heating systems.
• Practical elevator mechanism to adjust cooking distance.
• Safety valve that automatically cuts off gas against accidental flameouts.
• Bottom tray design with a water reservoir for humidification.
